Have you been looking for the ultimate New York style cheesecake? Not only a cheesecake that has the sweet vanilla taste and smooth, soft texture. But also a cheesecake that captured the spirit of New York, the music of 52nd Street, walking in Central Park, taking the Subway to the East Village, reading 'On the Road", listening to the Ramones and having a coffee in your favourite midtown cafe.

Well, we were lokking for that kind of cheesecake too. It took us four months of testing ingredients, ovens, temperatures, the right vanilla and the right music to play while making this cheesecake.
